development – 2 days
This workshop is a follow-up to the “Insight into customer needs”
workshop. During this workshop, you learn to ‘translate’ customer
needs in a fun yet structured manner into pioneering new concept ideas.
On day 2, you work out these ideas into concrete proposals that are not
only customer-oriented but also in keeping with your brand positioning
and which clearly stand out from the competition.
