Process improvement – 1 day
Innovation can also apply to internal business processes. For example, you promise your customers a response time of one day, but the reality is usually different. Together with you and your team, we would examine the root-causes of this delay and figure out what can be done to remedy the situation. Pre-defined goals are used to tackle problems and/or inefficiencies in your organisation during the workshop. At the end of the workshop, the team has together formulated concrete solutions and action plans, all of which are in keeping with the objectives and capabilities of the organisation.
